1. Company Information
Precise Cleaning Ltd 22 Old Golf Links Road, Clounalour, Oakpark, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
2. Services Provided
Precise Cleaning Ltd offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: Airbnb & B&B Cleaning, Builders Cleaning, School/Educational Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Hard Floor Cleaning, Trauma Scene Cleanup, Kitchen Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Bedroom Cleaning, Sanitizing & Disinfection, General House Cleaning, Ozone Deodorizing, Office Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Commercial Kitchen Cleaning. Services may be updated or modified at any time.
3. Booking & Service Requests
Service requests submitted through the website are not confirmed until the customer receives written confirmation from us (email, SMS or phone).
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings depending on availability, location, or safety considerations.
For some services, additional information may be required, such as property size, access instructions, or special conditions.
4. Pricing & Payments
All pricing will be communicated before the service is confirmed.
Prices may vary depending on service type, property size, degree of dirt, or special requirements.
Payment is typically due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, invoice, or other agreed methods.
5. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase via Stripe payment links.
Available values: €50, €100, €200, €500.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards may be used as full or partial payment for any service offered by Precise Cleaning Ltd.
If the service cost exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
7. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Ensure running water and electricity on-site (unless otherwise agreed).
Notify us of any hazards, fragile items, or special cleaning requirements.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, faulty materials, or hidden defects.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
For Trauma Scene Cleanup or other specialised services, additional terms may apply.
Customers must inform us of biological, chemical, or other high-risk contamination before booking.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean or suitable resolution. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
10. Liability
Precise Cleaning Ltd is fully insured; however, liability is limited to the maximum amount covered by our insurance policy.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Items worth €250 or more unless explicitly declared before the service
Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to engage in:
unauthorised access or data scraping
actions that disrupt website operation
misuse of forms or automated submissions
We reserve the right to modify website content at any time.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by Irish courts.
